What does a Tiny Desk AI template contain?
A Tiny Desk AI template is a reference performance for an AI concert remake. It supplies the scene, camera movement and sequence of moments. Your photos guide the people appearing in that sequence. Here, the available template is a 15-second Outstanding-style desk concert with a lead singer, a band shot and a saxophone solo.
This is a browser workflow, not a downloadable editing project. You do not need to install an app or write a video prompt. Preview the reference to decide whether its framing and performance fit your idea before uploading photos or buying credits.
Choose the cast before choosing the photos
The lead singer appears in the opening close-up and returns before the sax solo. Put the person at the center of your joke or celebration in this role. Add a second person as the sax player if the solo should reveal a friend. These are the two replaceable roles; keys and the back row stay as performed in the reference.
One lead photo is enough. Leaving the sax slot empty keeps the reference musician, and adding a sax photo does not increase the one-credit cost. The studio shows the reference performer beside each upload so you can check the assignment before generating.
Prepare a photo for each role
Use one clear adult portrait per slot, with the face unobstructed and the shoulders and outfit visible. The model uses the face, hair and clothing as guidance, so choose the outfit you want in the result. Accepted files are JPG, PNG and WebP up to 10 MB each.
Avoid group shots, heavy filters, sunglasses and very small faces. A template cannot recover details that are missing from the input. Even with a sharp portrait, facial details, hands and movement can vary; inspect the finished video before sharing it.
Decide how you will use the audio
The generated clip includes original AI soul music, not the original Outstanding recording. The same generation also gives you a silent download, so you can use the clip with a sound available in TikTok, Reels or Shorts without generating it again.
Choose that sound in the publishing app, adjust its starting point and watch the whole edit. Sound availability depends on your account and location, and matching a recording does not guarantee that the lips, gestures or cuts will synchronize. This studio has no custom audio upload or music picker.
Preview, then make your version
Use the Outstanding template page to watch the reference, or the creation tutorial to compare actual input photos with generated examples. The examples and current personal videos are generated at 720p and last 15 seconds. Vertical 9:16 matches the reference and suits short-form feeds.
Generating costs one credit and requires a verified account. Review your photos, roles and credit cost before confirming. Use photos with permission, identify the finished clip as AI-generated, and keep the silent copy if you plan to try different sounds later.
