Who we are
Smart Lazy LLC operates Tiny Desk AI at tiny-desk-ai.com and is responsible for the account and service data described in this policy. Contact us through the support page about your personal data. Tiny Desk AI is not affiliated with NPR, Charlie Wilson, The Gap Band, or Tiny Desk.
What we collect
We store your account name and email, authentication records, credit purchases, generation settings, generated videos and support requests. Your photos stay in your browser until you start generation. Before sign-in, checkout or submission, this browser stores a temporary copy of your photos and settings so you can continue. It expires after 24 hours and is removed after a successful submission or when you choose Start over. Expired copies are cleared on your next use. Save my setup drafts contain settings and filenames only.
Google sign-in
If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile picture to create or link your account.
How generation works
When you generate, your photo and the selected concert reference are sent to APIMart for video processing. APIMart describes uploaded images as temporary files available for up to 72 hours. Its own processing and retention policies also apply. We do not run a public gallery of your photos or outputs. Videos include AI-generated music and vocals; you can also download a copy without audio.
Payments and hosting
Stripe processes payments and stores your payment details. We receive payment identifiers and purchase status; we do not store card numbers. Cloudflare provides application hosting, database, private video storage and delivery of account verification, password-reset and support emails. Support requests are forwarded to our support team’s Gmail inbox. When we reply, a notification is sent to your account email and a copy to our support team.
Storage and deletion
Generated videos remain in your account until you delete them or delete your account. Deleting a video removes its stored output and generation record. Active jobs must finish before deletion. Payment providers may retain records for their own accounting and legal obligations.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies for login and security. Your browser stores draft settings, temporary creation photos and appearance preferences. Start over clears a temporary creation. Clearing site data removes local drafts and temporary photos but does not delete your account or server-stored videos.
Analytics
Google Analytics and our self-hosted OpenPanel measure visits to public pages, device information and referring websites automatically. Google Analytics uses analytics cookies. We do not send uploaded photos, account emails, payment details or authentication tokens to these tools. Session recording and advertising personalization are disabled. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, and previously saved opt-outs, disable this analytics. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Separately, our server keeps daily totals of public page loads by page, referring site or campaign, device type and country. These totals contain no cookies, IP addresses or other identifiers.
Your requests
You can manage or delete videos in My videos, change account credentials in your account, and contact support about access or deletion requests. This service is intended for adults. Do not upload another person’s photo without permission.
