About us
Tiny Desk AI (Outstanding Tiny Desk) is operated by Smart Lazy LLC. These terms apply to your use of tiny-desk-ai.com. By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms and the refund policy. Tiny Desk AI is not affiliated with NPR, Charlie Wilson, The Gap Band, or Tiny Desk.
Using the service
Tiny Desk AI creates AI concert-style videos using a photo and a selected reference. You must be at least 18 to create an account and be authorized to use every photo you submit. Keep your login credentials private.
Your content
You retain any rights you have in uploaded content. You authorize us and our processing providers to use it to fulfill your generation requests. Do not upload unlawful material or use the service for non-consensual sexual content, harassment, fraud or deceptive impersonation.
Generated results
AI output can vary. Uploaded photos guide the result; they do not guarantee an exact identity, movement or clothing. Generated videos include an AI-generated soundtrack and a silent copy. Review each result before sharing. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions for content and music you publish.
Credits and billing
One credit makes one video, and the cost is shown before generation. Credits are sold in one-time packs with no subscription. A credit is reserved when you submit a job, and confirmed failed jobs return it. Credits do not expire while your account remains open.
Payment problems
See the refund policy for payment issues. Do not repeatedly submit a job whose submission status is unknown; contact support so we can reconcile it.
Availability and contact
Generation depends on third-party systems and may be delayed or unavailable. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. Contact support through the contact page for help with your account or these terms.
